I, Abbas Ramazani, am a licensed lawyer to the Iranian Bar Association. I am licensed in Iran and practice general commercial litigation primarily, Corporate, Maritime, Transportation and Insurance Law. I am qualified enough to advise on matters of Iranian maritime & corporate law.

I am a graduate of Tehran University, School of Law and Political Science and a member of the Legal Committee to the Iranian Shipping Association and author of Farsi version of the Book "Shipping Law" . I was called to the Tehran Bar in 1995. I have worked as in house lawyer for a number of major Shipping Lines for nearly 20 years including Maersk Line and P&O NedLloyd . Our firm has repeatedly been instructed by international law firms as well as P & I clubs, to act on their client’s behalf in Iran and render opinions on various aspects of Iranian Law.
